Q&A: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

1. When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped out within 48 hours, Monday through Friday business days only. Please allow USPS 24-48 BUSINESS HOURS TO UPDATE THERE SYSTEM.  If your order was placed Fri before 10am est you may not see an update on your tracking till after the weekend when USPS updates Monday night.

 

2. Will my order come with a tracking number?

Yes all orders come with tracking and the tracking number is emailed to the email address left with your order.

3. I paid for faster shipping why is my order not here yet?

When you pay for priority shipping which is 2 to 3 business days the 2 to 3 business days does not start till your order is shipped. it's not from the day you place the order. Orders ship out same day or next day depending on the time of day they are placed.

5. How long is shipping?

Regular shipping in the usa is 7-10 business days. Business days are Monday-friday. Shipping to canada is approximately 10 business days. Shipping international all other countries 2 to 4 weeks depending on Customs clearance.If you are international and can not wait up to 4 weeks please don't order. this causes a lot of extra emails back and forth.

6. Where can i track my order?

Usps.com tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update

7. My tracking has not update?

You want to contact usps about your tracking if it has not updated within 2 business days . We can only see what you see online and USPS can help you better than we can when it comes to that.
